मैं कौन हूँ? | Who Am I?
हम जीवन में बहुत सी पहचानें ओढ़ लेते हैं — नाम, काम, रिश्ते, पद, और समाज। लेकिन वेद एक गहरा सवाल पूछते हैं: “तुम वास्तव में कौन हो?” ( Vedas ask a timeless and powerful question: “Who are you, really?” )
वेदों में उसे:
मैं शरीर नहीं हूँ।
मैं मन नहीं हूँ।
मैं आत्मा हूँ।
उपनिषद कहते हैं:
अहं ब्रह्मास्मि
Aham Brahmasmi
I am Brahman.
यह आत्मा न जन्म लेती है, न मरती है।
It is eternal, infinite, and beyond time.
मैं क्या नहीं हूँ | What I Am Not
मैं केवल यह शरीर नहीं हूँ
मैं केवल मेरा नाम या पेशा नहीं हूँ
मैं मेरी सोच या भावनाएँ नहीं हूँ
ये सब बदलते रहते हैं —
But you, the observer, remain the same.

मैं आत्मा हूँ
मैं चेतना हूँ
मैं साक्षी हूँ — जो सब कुछ देख रहा है
उपनिषद का महावाक्य कहता है:
तत्त्वमसि (Tat Tvam Asi)
That which you seek — is you.

शरीर बदलता है → पर “मैं” वही रहता है
विचार आते-जाते हैं → पर देखने वाला स्थिर है
सुख-दुःख बदलते हैं → पर चेतना अडिग है
👉 जो देख रहा है, वही तुम हो।
